Well look who showed up on Canada Day
Here are a couple of friends i visit regularly, Gina a lovely Canadian Black Bear, and next to her, Artie, a beautiful snow white Artic Fox. Both enjoy being hand fed, and have been bottle raised. Deirdre.
Nice pictures but I also like the picture of you on the top of your blog with a nice view of Canada. I visited this beautiful country a few time years ago and I really like it.
I don't know which site of Canada you live but I visited the western part (the side of Vancouver and many other places.
Jade, haven't you heard of Gentle Ben? Unfortunately I don't see the fox, I can tell there is a picture but it is cut off. Tell me something I didn't already know. Damn freaking computer.
They look great, but glad they are behind the fence. I'm a chicken. Do you live near ontario. I had rellies there. I know canada is a big big place. But will never seeit as I hate flying....
You don't want to be a chicken around an Arctic Fox. He is so beautiful! We only have the common red fox and the silver fox here on the islands and they came across on the ice, nothing native I'm afraid.
nice pics Dee they look like great animals to hand feed lol. Umm well maybe the fox the bear I would be a little more leary of.
ReplyDeleteHey Jadey, Gina, the bear is a sweet as sweet can be and very friendly, Artie occasionly nips. Deirdre.
